Kindle Fire in my car..

So i picked up a Fire with the main intention on using it in my car, music, GPS, etc.
I'm running WiFi off my Iphone 4 hotspot.

My biggest question is, what apps will be best for me?

I'd LOVE a Heads-up Display that reflects in my windshield at night with speed, heading, etc...I know there are some on the android market, but it won't let me download them, or even show up on my kindle.

I have an equalizer to better the sound, a GPS app as well.


Any other apps?
Custom apps? etc?


Oh, I have it rooted with Android Market installed.

The KF does not have a GPS.  You can if you are rooted enable Location Services which uses a WiFi hotspot to obtain GPS info or use something like GPS tether and use your smart phone's GPS to get the data, but the KF on its own without a WiFi connection doesn't really have GPS on its own.

One of two missing features that would make this a really great device even though I like it quite a bit now.  The other... No Microphone...
