Let me introduce myself

I am new to this forum and I am glad it is here.  Hopefully I will be able to use it to resolve any difficulties I experience with my KF. 
As a teacher and being that it is the end of the semester I do not have much time to play with my new KF.  I hope to do more over the summer.

I just received my KF as a gift this week-end and have much to learn.
I'm a political news junkie and I've spent all day trying to learn how to save links to my favorite sites.  I can save the bookmark, but it's not what I want.
Any suggestions would be nice.
